BioWell right now I'm in college. generally my life is good, but I just need to take control of it so it doesnt slip away. My journal is kind of silly I guess but I am just concentrating on goals. My goals for my body, for school, for my lifestyle, etc. I suppose its just a way for me to stay organized, get support, and keep my life the way I want it to be.
